These Terms and Conditions represent a legally binding agreement between the "Thabayehkum" application and the user (customer). By using the application, you acknowledge your full agreement to all the terms outlined below, which are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the State of Kuwait.

1. Scope of Service and Quality

The "Thabayehkum" application provides an integrated service for the sale, preparation (slaughter, cutting, and packaging), and delivery of fresh livestock and meat from the farm to your home. We guarantee that all slaughter operations are carried out in accordance with Islamic Sharia law at slaughterhouses approved by Kuwait Municipality, and under the supervision of veterinarians certified by the General Authority for Food and Nutrition, to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

2. Account and Registration

Accurate information must be provided upon registration (name, Kuwaiti mobile number, and detailed address). It is recommended to provide the PACI address number to ensure fast and accurate delivery. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. The application management reserves the right to suspend any account in the event of suspicious or violating activity.

3. Order and Return Policy (in accordance with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law)

Due to the nature of our products (fresh meat and perishable food items), and in line with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the following policies apply:

Before slaughter: The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the order status has not reached the "Being Prepared / At the Slaughterhouse" stage.

After slaughter: Order cancellation is strictly not permitted once the slaughter process has begun, and the customer is not entitled to request a refund.

Returns and compensation: Meat is neither returned nor exchanged except in the following cases (provided immediate notification is given upon receipt):

• If a medical report proves the meat is unfit for human consumption.
• If the received order is entirely different from the specifications requested in the application.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the application are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). We offer secure payment options including: K-Net gateway, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, or cash on delivery (subject to availability).

5. Delivery

The application covers delivery to various areas and governorates of the State of Kuwait. If the delivery representative arrives at the specified location and is unable to reach the customer or the customer is delayed in receiving the order, the application bears no responsibility for the quality of the meat after the allowed waiting time has elapsed.

6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute (God forbid) shall be resolved amicably, and if that is not possible, Kuwaiti courts shall have jurisdiction.
